Escalopes à la Normande Turkey cutlets served with mushrooms and crème fraîche. A warming dish reminiscent of a good family meal. Simple but delicious. For the more daring, the escalopes can be lightly flambéed with calvados, or the sauce can be flavored with cider!

What could be more local than a good Camembert (from Gavray, for example)? Many recipes have been adapted to “camembert” versions: camembert fondue, camembert tart, camembert salad, camembert soup, …. and, of course, camembert on its own with bread!

If there’s one dish that brings together several good local products, it’s this puff pastry. In this dish, you’ll find the powerful flavors of andouille sausage, the sweetness of baked apples and the mellowness of camembert. Tastes that blend perfectly for mouthfuls of gourmet goodness.

A kind of sweet rice pudding flavored with cinnamon and cooked in large enameled stoneware bowls. The bowls can hold up to 10 liters, and the rice is cooked over a very low heat for around 5 hours, giving it a slightly brown appearance. After 5 hours, the rice grains are barely visible, but the taste is perfect. A delicious dessert or snack with brioche or a glass of cider.

Beautiful, tasty scallops, some seafood, butter, cream, mushrooms, a little white wine and your recipe is almost ready. A real delight. The chefs in our restaurants will be delighted to show you how.
